Payment Delivery & Returns

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via PayPal.

PayPal accepts the following cards:

  • Visa / Delta / Electron

  • MasterCard / Eurocard

  • Maestro

  • American Express.

    Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

    All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

Items will be sent 1st class via Royal Mail.

The delivery price will be added at the checkout.

Availability

In the unlikely event that your selected item is not available we will inform you via email/telephone and offer you the option of choosing another item or cancelling your order. Should you decide to cancel your order, a full refund will be credited to your original card details.

 

Returns

We hope that you will love your annadoos purchase but if it doesn’t live up to your expectations and you wish to exchange or return it please contact us as soon as possible. Email: annaharris@annadoos.co.uk. We will then supply you with return instructions.

Returns must be made within 14 days and the item must be in the original, undamaged packaging. We will confirm receipt of your returned item with an e-mail acknowledgment. A full refund or exchange will be offered, provided the item is un-worn and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not fit for resale.  

Please note we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on custom-made or personalised items.

annadoos does not cover the postage cost of returning goods except in the case where the wrong product or faulty/damaged goods have been supplied.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment card within 30 days.
